Preorders
Preorder items will ship once inventory is received and processed. If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the order may ship together once all items are available.
Packaging
We take extra care packaging products to minimize damage during transit.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Zacards is not responsible for carrier delays once packages are handed to the shipping provider. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
