Due to the collectible and limited-release nature of trading card products, all purchases made through Zacards are considered final once checkout is completed.

No Cancellations

Orders cannot be:

• Canceled
• Modified
• Combined
• Edited after payment has been submitted

This policy applies to:

• In-stock products
• Preorders
• Limited-release items
• Promotional products

Preorder Commitments

Preorder purchases reserve inventory specifically for the customer at the time of order placement. Because allocations and inventory planning are based on confirmed orders, preorder cancellations are not permitted.

Fraud Prevention

Zacards reserves the right to cancel and refund orders flagged for:

• Fraudulent activity
• Unauthorized payment methods
• Suspicious purchasing behavior
• Violations of store policies
